All products being returned for credit require prior authorization through our RMA process. Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee on all non-warranty returns more than 60 days after the date of delivery and all requests for credit returns made more than 12 months after the date of delivery will not be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: The Customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments received for damage, correct quantity, and / or accurate part(s) within 2 business days of receipt.  If any discrepancies are detected, contact Front Range Fire Apparatus immediately. Discrepancies reported after 7 business days will not be considered as a Front Range Fire Apparatus liability and will no longer be considered for reimbursement.
